Together with the Allianz der Chancen, we have examined how companies are actually approaching AI training and where they encounter obstacles.
Using an innovative agentic action research approach, powered by eduBITES, AI agents conducted dynamic and adaptive in-depth interviews with HR leaders in order to systematically deepen qualitative insights in real time. The findings now provide a well-founded basis for a practice-oriented guide as well as for the “Allianz der Chancen” position paper, including concrete policy recommendations.
