amounted to 4.97% (this corresponds to 258192 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 4.97% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
258192 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company amongst others
from MFS New Discovery Fund.

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares

below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 30, 2014 and on that
day amounted to 4.97% (this corresponds to 258192 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 4.97% (this corresponds to 258192 Voting Rights) is
to be attributed to the company amongst others from MFS New Discovery Fund.
