According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 4.06% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
211361 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company amongst others
from MFS New Discovery Fund.

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares

the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 6, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 4.06% (this corresponds to 211361 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 4.06% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
211361 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company amongst others
from MFS New Discovery Fund.

the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 203402 Voting Rights) is to be
