On June 11, 2012, FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, England has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Amadeus Fire AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 07, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 5.75% (this corresponds to 298809 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.75% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 298809 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV.
