ISIN or name/description of the financial/other instrument: Die Bankhaus
Lampe KG hat die in Rede stehenden Aktien als Wertausgleichsleistung unter
dem deutschen Rahmenvertrag für Wertpapierdarlehen an mehrere Kontrahenten
gestellt. Sie bilden insofern eine Sicherheitsleistung für gegenläufige
Wertpapierdarlehensgeschäfte in anderen Wertpapieren, die unterschiedliche,
zum Teil auch zeitlich unbeschränkte, Laufzeiten aufweisen.
Unabhängig von den Laufzeiten der Wertpapierdarlehensgeschäfte kommt es
allerdings regelmäßig zum Austausch von Wertausgleichsleistungen zur
Optimierung unseres Sicherheiten-Portfolios, so dass von den Fälligkeiten
der Wertpapierdarlehen nicht auf die Fälligkeiten der
Wertausgleichsleistungen geschlossen werden kann.
