JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited, London, UK, advised us on 1 June 2007
that their  shareholding in Amadeus Fire AG exceeded the 3% threshold and
amounted to 3.04% (equivalent to 158,112 shares) in relation to all shares
of the respective voting shares on 29 May 2007.  All voting rights are
attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited, London, UK, according
to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.

JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc., New York, USA, advised us on 1 June
2007 that their  shareholding in Amadeus Fire AG exceeded the 3% threshold
and amounted to 3.04% (equivalent to 158,112 shares) in relation to all
shares of the respective voting shares on 29 May 2007.  The attribution of
the voting rights to JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc., New York, USA 
according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2
WpHG results from JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited, London, UK.

JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA, advised us on 1 June 2007 that their 
shareholding in Amadeus Fire AG exceeded the 3% threshold and amounted to
3.04% (equivalent to 158,112 shares) in relation to all shares of the
respective voting shares on 29 May 2007.  The attribution of the voting
rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA  according to § 22 para 1
sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG results from JPMorgan
