On June 01, 2012, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Stockholm,
Sweden has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus Fire AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 31, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 5.26% (this corresponds to 273582 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 5.26% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 273582 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from SEB AG, Germany.
