with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Investment
Management Limited from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding
3% or more of the voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG.

On 18 November 2010 FIL Investments International crossed above the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG, Frankfurt,

voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG arising from 192,000 voting rights.

All voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG were attributed to FIL Investments

rights were attributed to FIL Investments International from Fidelity Funds
SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in

from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the
