The Amadeus Fire Group is one of the leading companies for personnel services and and training in the German market. Its core competencies lie in the recruitment of specialists and managers as well as in the training and further education in the commercial and IT sectors. This includes the services of specialized temporary staffing, personnel placement, interim and project management as well as the provision of up-to-date knowledge to private individuals and companies.

In addition, across all services and segments, apart from the state organizations that finance subsidized training, there is no customer that accounts for more than 10 percent of sales.
