Governance and Compliance
We consider proper governance and compliance one of our core responsibilities. This means that we fully support collective bargaining law, labour law, social security law, the German General Act on Equal Treatment and the core labour standards of the International Labour Organization. This also applies to the strict observation of corporate guidelines. In our day-to-day work with people, we handle highly sensitive and personal data. This must be protected and secured at all times. To ensure this, we use a standardised IT system and store the data centrally at one location. We also strictly comply with the statutory requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
