Amadeus Fire Group joins ‘Allianz der Chancen’ (Alliance of Opportunities) – training and AI skills as key solutions to solve the scarcity of skilled workers
Frankfurt /Main, 18 November 2025
The Amadeus Fire Group (ISIN: DE0005093108, Prime Standard, SDAX), one of Germany’s leading providers of specialised Personnel Services and professional Training, has joined the ‘Allianz der Chancen’ (Alliance of Opportunities). This cross-sector alliance of more than 80 companies and institutions with around 2.8 million employees in Germany alone is committed to actively shaping changes in the world of work in order to jointly support employees in times of transformation and help them move from work to work.
‘The Amadeus Fire Group not only contributes its expertise in training and labour market integration, but also assumes technical responsibility within the alliance: We have positioned the topic of “Corporate AI Learning’, initiated by Amadeus Fire, as one of the key projects in our ‘digitalisation and automation as an opportunity’ workstream. In doing so, the Company is making a significant contribution to accelerating joint efforts to develop AI expertise in companies for Germany as a business location’, explained Dr Ariane Reinhart, spokesperson for the Alliance of Opportunities, welcoming the Amadeus Fire Group as a new member.
Germany faces enormous challenges
According to the Federal Employment Agency, 200 of 1,200 occupations are already considered bottleneck occupations – specialist occupations are particularly affected, with 50 percent of positions difficult to fill. Without immigration, the number of people in employment will fall by around nine million by 2035. The alliance is therefore developing practical concepts for training, controlled skilled worker immigration, strengthening vocational training and the use of digitalisation and artificial intelligence (AI). The alliance sees and recognises the role of a responsible community in which companies and institutions voluntarily combine their efforts to successfully support people from work to work and open up new career prospects for them.
Monika Wiederhold, COO of the Amadeus Fire Group and responsible for the Training segment, explains: ‘Training and, above all, a systematic focus on developing AI skills in all corporate functions is of fundamental importance for companies and society. We are committed to the ‘Allianz der Chancen’ (Alliance of Opportunities) because we are convinced that the future of work can only be shaped through collective action and learning. Amadeus Fire connects people, training and work in a digital ecosystem that develops the skills for tomorrow’s world of work. Artificial intelligence is not an add-on, but the heart of our training programme and modern learning architecture. Together with strong partners, we want to prepare today’s employees for tomorrow’s AI-supported world of work – which is developing rapidly.’
The Amadeus Fire Group brings a unique business model to the table: The group combines Personnel Services – from temporary staffing and recruitment to interim and project management – with a broad portfolio of training programmes. With consolidated revenue of
€ 437 million (2024), over 20,000 corporate customers in the Personnel Services segment and more than 38,000 annual participants in the Training segment, the Amadeus Fire Group is one of the most important players in the German training and labour market. Under brands such as COMCAVE, GFN, Steuer-Fachschule Dr. Endriss, Masterplan and eduBITES – leading providers of technology-driven learning platforms for companies with a clear focus on AI – the Group offers training for a wide range of target groups: from publicly funded training to AI-supported Corporate Learning for corporate clients.
Demand for digital training is on the rise: 82 percent of companies want to maintain or increase their training budgets in the coming years. At the same time, the scarcity of skilled workers is increasing the structural need for training. The recently acquired Masterplan and eduBITES operate on the basis of a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business model and are two of the most innovative e-learning engagement platforms for corporate training. These platforms can be seamlessly integrated into existing HR and learning systems and impresses with high customer satisfaction, technological flexibility and AI-supported didactics. The expanded language functions enable efficient internationalisation. With its approach – learning as an experience, not as a duty – Masterplan and eduBITES strike a chord in the world of work.
