Sustainability is also an important issue for our company financing at Amadeus Fire Group. Our current loan agreements include sustainability factors which influence the interest rates we pay.
Responsibility in the supply chain
As Amadeus Fire Group, we recognise our obligation to ensure due diligence and responsibility throughout our entire supply chain. We derive the implementation of this responsibility from the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), which has been applicable since 2023. This is achieved through a risk analysis of our supply chain, in which we consider not only our own business area but also all our direct suppliers. In addition, we have published our Policy of principles on the human rights strategy and implemented preventive and remedial measures.
A publicly accessible whistleblower system has been set up to eliminate and clarify any possible violations. This allows both internal and external parties to report any concerns at any time. Access and the rules of procedure can be found under the menu item Whistleblower system.
We are obliged to report to the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) in accordance with the LkSG, which we do by submitting a report. All reports are made publicly available for a period of seven years in accordance with the LkSG and can be found below.
