


Governance and Compliance
We consider proper governance and compliance to be a matter of course. We fully support collective bargaining law, labour law, social security law, the General Equal Treatment Act and the core labour standards of the International Labour Organisation.
This also applies to strict adherence to internal company guidelines. In our day-to-day work with people, we handle highly sensitive and personal data, the protection and security of which must be guaranteed at all times. To this end, we work with a standardised IT system and store data centrally. We strictly adhere to the legal requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
