Whistleblower system at Amadeus Fire AG
Compliance with legal regulations, internal rules and compliance standards is a top priority for Amadeus Fire AG. Our whistleblower system helps us identify potential violations early on and take effective action to minimise damage to our company, our employees and our business partners.
We offer several channels for reporting violations. Reports to the whistleblower system can be submitted at any time, anonymously if desired. An investigation will only be initiated after careful examination of the report and if there are concrete indications of a serious violation of the rules. Investigations are conducted with the maximum level of confidentiality.
We encourage all whistleblowers to use our internal reporting office. Whistleblowers and affected parties are guaranteed a maximum level of protection. No reprisals or discrimination will be tolerated as a result of a report. Whistleblowers can communicate openly or anonymously with the internal reporting office and the responsible contact persons. If an external reporting office is preferred for submitting a report, we refer to the external reporting office of the Federal Government (in German language) at the Federal Office of Justice.
