Amadeus Fire Group continues to expand its training ecosystem in the age of AI

A new partnership with Tomorrow University combines higher education, recruitment and training into a seamless talent journey for businesses and professionals

Frankfurt/Main, 8ᵗʰ July 2026 – The boundaries between recruitment, training and career development are becoming increasingly blurred. Companies must not only attract qualified specialists, but also ensure their continuous professional development in the face of technological change. The Amadeus Fire Group is responding to this trend by expanding its training ecosystem. With Tomorrow University in Frankfurt, the Group has gained another strategic partner to support companies and talent throughout the entire talent journey.

The aim of the partnership is to integrate education, recruitment and career development more closely. Together, the two partners aim to support companies in attracting skilled workers, building skills relevant to the future and developing their staff in the long term.

Education, recruitment and training are becoming increasingly intertwined

With Tomorrow University, the Amadeus Fire Group is expanding its network to include a state-recognised higher education institution offering a fully digital study programme with an international focus. Key factors in the decision to collaborate included, in particular, the focus on artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship and future skills, as well as a practical, project-based approach to learning.

Tomorrow University currently has over a thousand students from more than 90 countries and adds an academic dimension to the Amadeus Fire Group’s training ecosystem.

‘Artificial intelligence is transforming not just individual jobs, but entire career paths,’ emphasises Monika Wiederhold, a member of the Amadeus Fire Group’s Management Board and head of the Training division, regarding the collaboration with Tomorrow University. ‘Our aim is to create a training ecosystem that empowers people to develop continuously and supports companies in building precisely the future skills they need to remain competitive.’

‘A traditional education prepares people for a world of work that will no longer exist in five years’ time,’ emphasises Dr Thomas Funke, Founding President & CEO of Tomorrow University. ‘With Amadeus Fire, we are creating something different: a seamless journey in which study, training and career fit in with a person’s calling and belong together, rather than running parallel to one another.’

Joint initiatives throughout the talent journey

The partnership centres on joint career services, which make it easier for students to access the Amadeus Fire Group’s corporate network and recruitment opportunities. In addition, both partners are developing training programmes for companies and professionals, as well as joint studies, white papers and specialist publications. The professional development of their own staff is also an integral part of this partnership.

This partnership also represents a further building block in the Amadeus Fire Group’s strategy to position itself as an integrated provider of recruitment, training and career development. The Group is already committed to building AI and future-oriented skills within companies through the KI.D.D. – KI.Digital.Deutschland initiative and within the Alliance of Opportunities, where it is responsible for the Corporate AI Learning focus area.
